Inspector Spector has been asked to go to New Orleans to deliver the keynote speech at the National Police Chiefs Convention. He’s agreed and is anxious to taste the famous Cajun cooking of Lulu LeBeouf and Bernard Broussard, owners of the Bayou Restaurant and Lounge. Lulu is not happy to have the Inspector visit because of his infamous reputation. It seems every time the Inspector eats in a restaurant, no matter the place, there is a murder!
